Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. TezBus does not store your card, UPI, or banking details on its servers.

  • Passengers: Location is used to show nearby boarding points, available buses, and trip-related features.
  • Drivers / Operators: Location access (including background access where permitted) may be used for live trip tracking, operational coordination, and passenger safety.

Location access is strictly limited to service functionality and can be managed through your device settings at any time.
