Our refund policy is based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: 90% refund
  • 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before departure: No refund

2. Refund Process

The refund process follows these steps:

  1. Submit cancellation request through your account or contact customer support
  2. Receive confirmation of cancellation
  3. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Booking fees
  • Service charges
  • Insurance premiums (if purchased)
  • Any additional services availed

4. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.):

  • Full refund will be provided
  • Alternative travel arrangements may be offered
  • No cancellation charges will apply

5. Bus Operator Cancellations

If the bus operator cancels the service:

  • Full refund will be provided
  • Alternative travel options will be offered
  • Compensation may be provided as per operator policy

6. Refund Timeline

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Digital wallet refunds: 1-2 business days
