Our refund policy is based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure:
- More than 24 hours before departure: 90% refund
- 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before departure: No refund

- Receive confirmation of cancellation
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are non-refundable:

4. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.):
- Full refund will be provided
- Alternative travel arrangements may be offered
- No cancellation charges will apply
5. Bus Operator Cancellations
If the bus operator cancels the service:
- Full refund will be provided
- Alternative travel options will be offered
- Compensation may be provided as per operator policy

- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
- Digital wallet refunds: 1-2 business days
